  1. Prep work:

    • Tony is in charge of setting up the tables and chairs for lunch.
    • Rachel and Austin are in charge of getting plates, silverware and paper towels down for lunch.
    • Carey is in charge of rounding everyone up for lunch.

    Clean up:

    • Starr and Fantasia are in charge of putting away tables and chairs when lunch is over.
    • Trevor and Tyler are in charge of cleaning off table when lunch is over and loading the dishwasher before communion.
    • Marie is in charge of keeping us all supplied with coffee!!!!!! :)
    • Trevor is in charge of rounding us all up for communion and worship.
    • Austin is in charge of changing trash if full.

    And, of course, if you see something that needs to be done during our time together and no one is doing it, please feel free to pitch in.
